Fetish Desert

This evening, Gatín surprised my flatmate and me with an excellent dinner. For the main course he presented a delicious Lasaña Tolteca.

After the fruit salad it was time to have a first breeze through the new Speedo catalogue, which arrived today. Now it's full of post it tags marking all must haves. Unfortunately the most desirable ones are not available until May. That will give some extra time to get rid of the wintry love handles.

About how to make the "Lasaña Tolteca", there is not such a big deal. Think italian with a mexican soul. Instead of taking pasta you take tortillas and instead of taking tipical italian ingredients, just use some mexican ones. What remains are the tomato pizza sauce and different kind of pizza cheeses. Please use different kinds of them in order to have more varity and intesive tastes. And important, but to be found in both kitchens are the hot red peppers (italian: peperoncini. spanisch: chiles serranos ó de arbol). The most important thing is to use mexican ingredients to fill out the three beds (levels or whatever you name it, you know how a lasagna looks like) of the lasagna. If you find here in Zurich some huitlacoches that would be great. I did not find them and I have connections, believe me. As I said that is not a big deal, just think mexican or contact me...
