Scab!

What is wrong on this picture?

Yes exactly, this is a bloody scab! Today here in India, the autorickshaw drivers are on strike because they oppose the hike in fine amount.

Although I try to leave my former union, I'm no blackleg and stayed in the hotel. The company I work for here in Bangalore is on strike too, since there is a lack of hike in their workers' wages.

Yes, I think that it is wise to work at the hotel.

I hope that the autorickshaw drivers can get what they want.

And what about go walking to work? Is is to dangerous?

Scab! I haven't heard that term since The Miners Strike of '84-85 in Thatcher's Britain.

We got our first VCR when the miners strike was on. The miners were all giving back their hired tv and vrc's to the rental companies, trying to cut costs. My mother shamelessly profiteered from their pain and bought a second hand one cheap from a rental comapny. We've never looked back, vcr wise.

Toño, there were at least 2 strikes: the autorickshaw drivers and at the factory I work. Just crossing the street is a boot camp experience. The ride to work takes almost an hour. I just don't consider walking to there as survivable.

Ms Mac, I've learned almost all of my English at the movies. Scab is from Billy Elliot, which, of course, plays at the time of The Miners Strike.

Ryan, yes, this is a kind of cab. And yes, I'm aware that changing to google's beta blogger was a big mistake. I regretted it from the first minute. It's just a huge mess.
