Mirin-Glazed Salmon

Nigella Lawson promises nothing less than a culinary sensation in her recipe for Mirin-Glazed Salmon. This was reason enough to send Toño to the Japanese shop to get the necessary exotic ingredients:

This happened a few months ago and since then I frequently buy some salmon to experience this sensation again and again.

Yours looks even better than Nigellas. What a wonderful, quickly yet well made treat after work. Michelle is hooked, just need to work out salmon dimensions for a Michelle feed, and a living with the Zebby cat survival.
