The new unit looks great in your kitchen, especially with the knife block. Hope your knives are well respected and looked after. this coming December I fear I may just have to take my own knives up to the Parents home in order to have decent chopping and slicing ability. My darling Mother blunts knives fast, and prefers them that way.(Arrghh)
